We have worked very hard and once again collected the best speakers in an amazingly good and fantastic program. The whole community has contributed. They have all contributed and selected topics they believe you might be interested in.
You are given the opportunity to listen to experiences from those who have installed functionality and those who have started using new functionality. Most often, they proudly announce that they managed to get the functionality to work, why they like the functionality. Usually they do recommend it to be used by others. To listen is a nice way avoid bad functionality and get a quicker start.
This year, there is also the opportunity to listen to very good Retail presentations. It is also possible to join in and influence the development of Retail functionality. Our SAP experts work closely with the development of replenishment, planning and pricing.
In the GDPR theme, a group has worked together. They describe a few different ways to solve the requirements that the regulations create and will exchange experience and discuss the complex demands in a workshop.
The conference pirce is as low as we dare to make it. Our goal is to make it possible for as many as possible to attend. I would love to make the conference free of charge but it is not economically feasible if we are to be in a cozy hotel with good dining and dinner entertainment.
The low conference price depends very much on our good sponsors. They contribute with their knowledge and do also sponsor with a financial contribution. This means they are an important factor for your low conference price. After the conference we hope we will have a small surplus to cover the costs for working hours, premises, lunches and coffee at our free one-day meetings. A User Group is to have no profit but also no loss, which is a challenge.
We are all proud of our part of the program. I hope as many as possible try to get out of the daily tasks and come to us at X Meeting Points. The meeting brings lots of energy and ideas for system improvements that make day-to-day work more stimulating. Flight time from Stavanger, Copenhagen and Stockholm is almost the same and I believe there are still rooms available at the hotel.
I hereby link to Martins article about the IT program, Bernts stories about the Logistic and the HR program as well as to Didriks article about the Finance program. Read more about the for SAP customers very interesting "learn more about licensing" presentations where you also can discuss flexibility in licensing here and at last you find the Retail program here
PS: It's possible to come on Monday without registration but we can't guarantee a seat at the Dinner-Night for lunch but we will do our best.
